Sept. 30, 2005 — -- Fantasia Barrino began singing at the age of 5. At 19, she became an "American Idol" winner. Her first album, "Free Yourself," was released in November 2004 and shortly after went platinum. But life wasn't always easy for the talented singer. She was raped by a high school boyfriend, became pregnant as a teenager, and raised her daughter as a single mother. Now Fantasia reveals that she was also functionally illiterate.

There's a lot to be said for the simplicity of an acronym. Actor Adarsh Balakrishna of ‘Happy Days’ fame and the one who featured in ‘Bigg Boss’ season one received a rude shock. ANALYSIS — If you followed the coverage of the Aug. 2 Kansas abortion vote, you probably were surprised by the result, which ended up protecting abortion rights in what was often referred to as a “ruby red” state. Mercedes endured their worst F1 season since 2013 as they went from title-winners to the third-fastest team at the start of the sport’s new era of aerodynamic regulations.  The German manufacturer spent much of the early part of the season trying to fix porpoising and bouncing issues that hampered the performance of their troubled W13 and preventedLewis Hamilton and George Russell from fighting for race wins.  Mercedes made some progress towards the end of the year but only had the pace to genuinely challenge for victories at certain races, with Russell claiming the team’s only win of 2022 in Brazil.
